Your initial consultation is free, by appointment — over the phone, by email or in person. Tell us about your day, your venue and your ideas.
2 · Your mood board
We build a mood board capturing the textures, colours and overall feel of the flowers you envision, using the best of British seasonal blooms.
3 · Your proposal
You receive a bespoke quotation built around your budget. A booking fee secures your date — then we create, design and perfect every finishing touch.
Common questions
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can — we're now taking bookings for 2026 and 2027, and popular dates go quickly. Enquiring early guarantees availability for your day, and all weddings booked for 2027 currently enjoy 10% off.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — your initial consultation is complimentary and by appointment. If you'd like additional in-person consultations beyond the first, those are chargeable.
How does payment work?
Proposals remain valid for 14 days. A booking fee secures your date, and full payment is due no less than 5 weeks before the event. Flowers are ordered 10–14 days ahead, so any changes should be sent in writing before then.
Do you travel outside Harrogate?
Absolutely — we cover Yorkshire for weddings and travel UK-wide for large wedding and commercial events. Travel is charged at 65p per mile, with journeys over an hour at £15 per hour in addition.
Can we mix your flowers with our own arrangements?
To keep your day's look cohesive (and our insurance valid), we ask to be the sole provider of floral décor — with the friendly exception of church flower teams.
