A complimentary chat
Your initial consultation is free and by appointment — over the phone, by email or in person. Tell us about your day, your venue and the flowers you have in mind.
Your mood board
We start with a mood board that captures the textures, colours and the overall feel of the flowers you envision, drawing on the best of British seasonal blooms.
Your proposal
You receive a bespoke quotation built around your flowers and your budget. A booking fee secures your date — then we create, design and perfect the finishing touches.
Common questions
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can — we are now taking bookings for 2026 and 2027, and popular dates go quickly. Enquiring early secures availability for your day, and all weddings booked for 2027 currently receive 10% off.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes — your initial consultation is complimentary and by appointment. Once your date is booked we are available by phone and email at any stage to answer questions. Additional in-person consultations beyond the first are chargeable, to cover time and travel.
How does payment work?
The prices in your proposal remain valid for 14 days from the date we send it. A booking fee secures your date, your final invoice is issued once your order is confirmed, and full payment is due no less than five weeks before the event. We order your flowers approximately ten to fourteen days beforehand, so any changes should reach us in writing before then.
Do you travel outside Harrogate?
We do. Bouquet and flower box delivery covers the local Harrogate area — in most cases within 48 hours — and we are happy to quote for deliveries further afield. For large wedding events and commercial events we work UK-wide. Travel is charged at 65p per mile, with journeys over 60 minutes at £15 per hour, or part thereof, in addition to mileage.
Can we add our own flowers alongside yours?
Please do let us know if you would like to. We ask to be the sole provider of floral arrangements, fresh flowers and foliage décor for your event so the whole look holds together — other than church flower teams, we do not work alongside another floral provider.
